Senior AP Specialist

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist – Remote but local to Boston, MA Responsibilities Process and review invoices to ensure proper approval, coding, and accuracy Coordinate payment runs and facilitate timely vendor disbursements Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment inquiries Support month‑end close activities related to accounts payable Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable financial regulations Contribute to ad hoc projects and general accounting support as needed Qualifications 4+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems required Exposure to VAT or international accounting practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
