Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist based in Roanoke, VA. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The Data Entry Specialist will assist with administrative tasks, ensure data accuracy, and support customer service processes. Regular collaboration with other team members and adherence to deadlines will be an integral part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks, including organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when managing data
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administrative roles are a plus
