Make a difference supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school community on a full-time, in-person contract! You'll work alongside passionate educators and therapists in two buildings: a K-2 campus and a 3-5 campus. Both sites offer a wonderful mix of resource and ASD rooms, providing diverse opportunities to impact students’ communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Michigan SLP license required
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow candidates are welcome
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations a plus
• Effective communicator, collaborator, and advocate for students
• Comfortable working with varying abilities including ASD and resource room populations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and group sessions to K-5 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans supporting communication and language goals
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families across the two campuses
• Conduct assessments, assist with eligibility determinations, and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records and progress updates in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Consult with staff regarding best practices for supporting students with speech/language needs
