Marine Insurance Business Analyst

Seeking a full-time Specialist Business Analyst with expertise in marine insurance and the Insurity Marine Suite (IMS) to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for leading business analysis, solution design, and delivery for marine cargo insurance transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria Perform fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design for marine insurance workflows Collaborate with underwriting, operations, brokers, and IT teams to translate business needs into system requirements Required qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in P&C/commercial insurance 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Insurity Marine Suite (IMS) within the last 2-3 years Strong domain knowledge of the marine cargo insurance lifecycle Experience in Agile delivery, Jira/Confluence, and requirements management Solid experience in UAT and data validation
