Production Operator - 3rd Shift in Manitowoc, WI

As our Manitowoc Malthouse Facility continues to grow, we are searching for an individual to work as a Malthouse Operator:

• Individual is responsible for the movement of grain as well as monitoring the steep, germination, and kilning(drying process) of barley or other raw grains.
• Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records.
• Perform sanitation of associated areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting pay of $25.50 (+) $1.00 for 3rd Shift Premium.

Position is for 3rd shift, traditionally scheduled 11pm to 7am. Weekend work will be scheduled

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude.

Prior experience in food plant sanitation and GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus. Prior experience with forklifts

preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA)

• Effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Deductions are taken pre-tax
• Amount Allowed for Medical $3,050 per calendar year
• Amount Allowed for Dependent Care $5,000 per calendar year
• Up to $680 may be rolled over into the next year
• $450 Company Contribution after 1 year

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY

• Effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• $500 per week for 26 weeks (1st day after injury / 8th day after illness)

LIFE INSURANCE

• Effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• $25,000 Life Insurance (Term)
• $25,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit

VACATION

• 1 week (prorated in your 1st year)
• 2 weeks after 2 years of service
• 3 weeks after 7 years of service
• 4 weeks after 12 years of service
• 5 weeks after 18 years of service
