Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Part-time Receptionist to join their client's team in Colorado. As a part-time receptionist, the candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area.
Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
• Maintain and update contact lists and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

Part-time schedule: Monday - Friday.
