Start making your own luck today!Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.What Our Event Hosts DoOur event hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it was second nature. Multitasking is the name of the gameand if you're good at that, you'll be great as our event host.An Event Host's Day-to-DayGather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's startLiaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requestsSuggestively sell "extensions" (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience packageCoordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverageCreate a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren't just met, but exceededAssist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)What It TakesWell-developed interpersonal skillsA commitment to great guest servicePerks (More Reasons You'll Love Your Job)Free Bowling!$1 Arcade Play20% off Events50% off Food & BeveragesWork Environment/Physical DemandsTypical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.Job Type and ShiftJob Type: Part-timeShift: Evening shift, Night shiftWeekly day range: Weekend availabilityWork Location: One location
