Payment Operations Specialist

To support billing operations, the full-time Payment Operations Specialist will manage transaction processing, resolve payment disputes, and ensure revenue integrity while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process and reconcile daily transactions across various payment gateways and manage recurring billing and refunds Monitor chargeback and dispute flows, ensuring compliance and timely processing of cases Prepare and present reporting on payment activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational needs Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in payment operations, billing, or related financial support Working knowledge of payment gateways, credit card and ACH processing, and chargeback management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel Experience in meeting financial objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
