Executive Search Talent Sourcer

Becton Dickinson seeks an Executive Search Talent Sourcer to identify and engage senior-level leadership talent globally across business units and functions. The role involves developing talent-mapping strategies, conducting market intelligence research, and building executive pipelines for Director through C-suite positions.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct targeted research for executive-level searches globally
- Build talent pools, succession pipelines, and create organizational charts for target companies and industries
- Conduct market intelligence research across healthcare, medical technology, and related industries to analyze competitive talent landscapes
- Develop compelling outreach strategies and maintain relationships with high-potential executive talent
- Provide executive recruiters and stakeholders with actionable market insights and candidate assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years executive sourcing, research, or retained search experience
- Experience supporting executive searches across multiple functional disciplines globally
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging senior leadership talent
- Advanced talent mapping and organizational research capabilities
- Experience conducting competitive market research and organizational analysis
- Expertise in identifying and engaging passive executive candidates
