Growth Leader, Enterprise Partner Sales

ADP is hiring a Growth Leader, Enterprise Partner Sales to join our Data Solutions Team. At ADP we are driven by your success. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle—including identification, development, negotiation, contract execution, technical enablement, business planning, and growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data monetization, startup culture, and partnerships. You will creatively source and evaluate opportunities, strategically prioritize, and focus on driving measurable growth. The work involves intricate pricing, monetization decisions, and negotiating complex contracts, alongside supporting strategic initiatives for Data Solutions. What You Will Do Identify, research and develop new partner opportunities that can generate significant revenue and strategic value. Lead negotiations on all terms and final agreements, including commercial terms, security reviews, privacy reviews, and integration requirements. Continuously evaluate industry and market trends to identify and build business cases for new growth opportunities. Display ownership across every workstream to deliver measurable outcomes from partnerships. Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who uses frameworks and data to structure and solve complex problems, energized by the challenge of finding creative win‑win opportunities for ADP and potential partners. Able to collaborate with and influence partners across and outside the organization, proving ability to lead cross‑functional teams through influence rather than direct management, with high emotional intelligence and solid judgment. Self‑starter who can juggle multiple priorities, making things happen in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action, excellent problem‑solving skills, and comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity. Excellent communication and persuasion skills; strong content creation and business story‑telling/presentation skills. Qualifications 12+ years total relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and strategic alliances. Minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer‑facing businesses, preferably in financial services, fintech, insurance, mortgages, and lending. MBA preferred. Experience with digital products and app‑based marketing preferred. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is $122,400.00 – $328,140.00 per year.
