Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States Our 24/7 Customer Care Call Center provides continuous assistance to customers across the United States and Canada. As a Bilingual Customer Care Associate, you will serve as a direct point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries and concerns are resolved fairly, effectively, and in their preferred language. You will demonstrate ownership by instilling confidence through clear, professional communication and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries regarding offered services and programs. Provide customer assistance and communication fluently in both English and a second language. Explain processes and procedures for loading and changing material associated with various self-service terminals. Perform research to respond accurately to customer inquiries while meeting their specific needs. Remotely access equipment to resolve hardware and software issues or dispatch field technicians when necessary. Comprehend virtual assistance systems and navigate through multiple software applications simultaneously. Escalate complex issues or concerns to next-level support or management as appropriate. Maintain customer confidentiality while strictly complying with privacy regulations. Working Hours 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Skills Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Strong problem-solving abilities with a bias for action and attention to detail. Solid relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with peers, management, and external customers. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion regarding sensitive or confidential information. Education High School Experience 1-4 years Qualifications High School diploma/GED or an Associate???s Degree. 1???3 years of experience, preferably in a customer care setting. Fluency in English and a second language (both written and verbal). Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
