Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Our 24/7 Customer Care Call Center in the United States and Canada seeks a Bilingual Customer Care Associate. You will be the direct contact for customers, resolving inquiries fairly and professionally in English and a second language. Responsibilities include assisting with services, guiding self-service terminals, researching inquiries, remotely accessing equipment, and escalating complex issues when needed.
