What You'll Do

As Office Manager, you'll help oversee day-to-day operations while supporting our clients, caregivers, and continued business growth.

• Lead daily office operations and help ensure exceptional client service

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, client needs, and service changes

• Recruit, onboard, train, support, and retain high-quality caregivers

• Monitor client care plans, service delivery, and client satisfaction

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners

• Address scheduling, staffing, and client concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Support community outreach, referral development, sales, and marketing initiatives

• Participate in a shared on-call rotation as needed

• Work closely with ownership to support operational goals and the continued growth of the Chico office

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused leader who understands the fast-paced nature of home care and can balance the needs of clients, caregivers, and the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home care, senior care, healthcare operations, care coordination, or a related field preferred

• Previous caregiver scheduling, staffing, or client coordination experience strongly preferred

• Experience supervising, coaching, or supporting employees

• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to unexpected situations

• Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare documentation, and compliance requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling, EMR, or CRM software

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience with caregiver recruitment and retention, client intake, home care scheduling, care coordination, or business development is a strong plus.
