Workday HCM Functional Consultant to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement for HR transformation initiatives.
The role requires Workday HCM implementation experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation across core HR and workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and configuration of Workday HCM modules and business processes.

Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, integrations, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Collaborate with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams while ensuring security, compliance, and HR policy requirements.
