Service Manager

YOUR MISSION AS SERVICE MANAGER

You’ll be the engine that keeps the service department running strong, profitable, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities: Set, forecast, and crush department goals Recruit, train, motivate, and lead top‑tier service talent Build and manage the service department budget Monitor KPIs, productivity, CSI, and profitability Drive teamwork across all departments Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty, OSHA, and local/state regulations Develop marketing strategies to increase repeat and referral business Lead weekly department meetings and ongoing training Maintain high‑quality repairs while minimizing comebacks Oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and technician productivity Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Serve as the liaison with factory reps and technical schools Ensure top‑tier customer experience from write‑up to follow‑up
