Territory Sales Representative

I’m working with a well‑funded, high‑growth pharma company that is in the early stages of building out its commercial organization. With ~25 employees and ~$100M raised, these hires represent the first wave of a much larger field organization. This is not about inheriting a mature territory or maintaining an existing book, you’ll have the opportunity to build the market, establish relationships, shape the sales playbook and grow with the organization. The company is focused on testosterone/hormone therapy, a category experiencing renewed momentum, the product is a differentiated oral testosterone therapy with a unique delivery mechanism, flexible titration and multiple purchasing/dispensing options. The Role True hunter/field-building position — 4–5 days/week in the field Target Urologists, Men’s Health specialists & high‑volume TRT prescribers Open new accounts, generate prescriptions and build lasting physician relationships Leverage existing networks while being comfortable with cold calling and creating access Partner with practices around purchasing, dispensing and business economics Help shape the commercial organization as the company scales What They’re Looking For 5+ years of successful pharma field sales experience Urology or Men’s Health experience required; TRT strongly preferred Proven track record of launching, growing and exceeding goals} If you're a proven Urology/Men’s Health/TRT seller who wants meaningful ownership of a territory and the opportunity to get in early with a growing pharma company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Barrington James
