Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Collaborate effectively with a range of professionals, including school counselors, educators, and mental health specialists, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address students' mental health and emotional needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to assist students experiencing acute distress, ensuring that appropriate referrals and follow-up services are made for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate to facilitate optimal care and treatment continuity.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case reviews, and peer supervision, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a focus on clinical practice.
