Vault Specialist

Job Opportunity In Englewood, CO

Join our team in Englewood, CO, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning natural surroundings. We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with the movement of data management vaults by scanning tapes, packaging them into boxes, and ensuring seamless vault operations.

Responsibilities

• File customer media in and out of slots and cycle containers to and from shelves in the company vaults.
• Complete and maintain all records and forms related to receiving and releasing customer data, including filing vault paperwork.
• Utilize production tracking software to input and track all media/container processing and payroll hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year of past work experience in a service industry or team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with learning new technologies.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers via telephone.
• Capability to read and verify groups of numbers continuously during shifts.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check, and a DOT physical.
• Experience in a service industry is ideal.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
