We are seeking a driven finance leader to serve as a strategic business partner for a significant business unit within a rapidly expanding, growth-focused organization. This is a high-visibility role for an executive who wants to collaborate with senior leadership and help shape the financial direction of a rapidly growing business. The organization has expanded significantly through strategic acquisitions and continues to build out a sophisticated, multi-faceted platform. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional finance and step fully into a forward-looking strategy and finance-operations capacity, partnering closely with executive and operational leadership alike. Responsibilities: Partner directly with executive leadership to analyze financial performance across a multi-entity platform Serve as a key finance liaison between corporate leadership and field-level business leaders Evaluate monthly financial results to identify performance drivers and root causes behind variances Develop and present recommendations to address underperformance and capitalize on growth opportunities Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, including business case development and structuring considerations Collaborate with divisional leadership on strategic planning and revenue optimization initiatives Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders Build strong working relationships with entrepreneurial field leaders integrating into a larger organizational structure Provide oversight and mentorship to a small team of direct reports Participate in leadership discussions regarding growth strategy and operational execution Identify opportunities to improve reporting consistency and financial transparency across business units Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior finance and business leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required MBA or CPA required Background in accounting with demonstrated progression into a finance or strategic business partner role Prior experience within a mid-market or larger organization Demonstrated experience operating within an acquisition-heavy or high-growth environment Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify underlying business drivers Excellent communication and relationship-management skills Professional presence and credibility to partner effectively with C-suite executives and field leadership Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment Willingness and ability to work at both a strategic and granular level as needed Why You'll Love Working Here: Competitive base compensation plus substantial objective-based bonus and equity participation Opportunity to work directly with senior executive leadership on high-impact initiatives High-visibility role with significant influence over the direction of a growing business Exposure to acquisition and deal-structuring dynamics Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values strong relationship-building Room for professional growth within an expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
