Schedule and Work Environment

• Monday through Friday scheduling
• Office Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• True work-life balance with no standard nights and no Sunday call
• 100% outpatient day-shift setting focused on service excellence and high-volume procedural care
• Advanced facilities featuring outpatient clinics and operating rooms equipped with C-Arm fluoroscopy machines
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, mentor, and align hourly clinical and administrative personnel through daily standup meetings and monthly staff meetings
• Oversee accurate, efficient, safe, and compliant daily clinic operations in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
• Manage employee time cards, coordinate time-off requests, and lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new personnel
• Track clinic growth and operational performance using productivity metrics, quality dashboards, and front-end revenue cycle summaries
• Direct patient relations and champion service recovery initiatives to uphold a culture of service excellence
• Provide direct RN-level patient care, rooming patients, capturing vital signs, and maintaining meticulous charts and progress notes
• Deliver high-quality surgical assistance, including the safe handling of radiology and specialized imaging equipment
• Initiate IVs and carefully monitor patients during post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) recovery
• Organize and prepare complex medical imaging for immediate provider review, stepping in for coverage whenever staffing shortages arise

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Master's level degree (MSN, DNP, MPH) is highly preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered if paired with solid supervisory and healthcare experience
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on medical services experience in a clinic, hospital, or outpatient setting
• Prior experience as a first-level manager with a proven ability to coordinate, lead, and mentor hourly staff
• Strong clinical interest or background working within a dedicated Pain Management environment is a major plus
• Working knowledge of electronic medical record systems and standard healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Excellent critical thinking, root-cause analysis, staff mentorship, and professional interpersonal communication skills
