Work Environment\n

The role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide focused one-on-one therapy sessions to clients facing challenges related to mental health and substance use, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Develop and nurture professional relationships with clients, ensuring a safe environment conducive to open dialogue and growth.

• Monitor and assess client behavior and interactions, maintaining a vigilant awareness of their activities and safety within therapeutic settings.

• Facilitate engaging therapeutic activities such as outdoor hikes, equine therapy sessions, and fitness groups to promote holistic well-being.

• Conduct psycho-educational groups and recreational activities to enhance client understanding of mental health concepts and coping strategies.

• Model positive behaviors and coping mechanisms for clients while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions and progress reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will likely provide support to clients dealing with PTSD and complex trauma, making your clinical expertise particularly valuable. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with an emphasis on psychology, social work, or counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and company-sponsored life insurance.
