Licensed Store Manager

Summary The Licensed Store Manager leads the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales KPIs, and maintain brand presentation and operations. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching and developing staff while managing inventory, financial performance and employee relations. An active state optical dispensing license and retail management experience are required. Responsibilities Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives. Recruit, onboard, train and develop store associates, providing regular performance feedback and recognition. Staff the store appropriately to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service. Maintain brand presentation and merchandise standards across the store. Monitor business performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans. Manage inventory accuracy and ensure prescription eyewear is completed to brand standards. Handle employee relations issues including time and attendance, performance, and asset protection. Guide customers on frame and lens selection, perform measurements, and fit eyewear accurately. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Active state optical dispensing license. Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to analyze KPIs. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to stand for the duration of a shift. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
