Position: Processor Summary of Position As a Processor you will be responsible for the execution of all manufacturing activities related to assigned projects including direct costs of projects, quality assurance, and on-time delivery. Essential Functions: Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Read and understand statements of work and other documents related to manufacturing requirements Develop and coordinate a plan with manufacturing teams to achieve quality, timing, and budgetary goals Manage the progress of multiple projects at a time to support manufacturing schedules Process material and work instructions through stages of manufacturing, including coordination of outsourcing manufacturing Coordinate with team leaders to establish manufacturing processes and procedures Prepare and review plan of execution with manufacturing teams Serve as an information resource at estimation phase of a project as needed Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Read and understand engineering and manufacturing drawings Read and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and solve challenges as they arise Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) Strong organization and communication skills Minimum of 2 years in a related field Hands-on manufacturing experience (preferred) Catia/Enovia or other CAD software (preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent Apply today and build your future with Visioneering.
