Credit Analyst - Commercial Banking

Investment Banking Associate Location: Fort Worth, TX We are seeking a results‑driven Investment Banking Associate to support our investment banking team in Fort Worth. This role will participate in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, working closely with clients and senior bankers to structure and execute debt and equity offerings. Job Duties Issue debt and sell equity to raise capital for clients. Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation. Assist in the preparation of pitch books, term sheets, and marketing materials. Collaborate with senior bankers and client teams to structure transaction solutions. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related advisory role. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
