About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and high-energy leader to take on the role of Head of Product Development Strategy. This pivotal position is focused on driving the design, buildout, and global scaling of a modernized product development life cycle. The successful candidate will be the principal strategist and execution partner, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the framework is well-designed and embedded into the company's daily operations. Responsibilities include owning the strategic architecture of the enterprise PDLC framework, leading its operationalization, and fostering stakeholder engagement to ensure its adoption. The role demands a leader with a consulting-caliber ability to structure complex problems, a practitioner's depth in product management, and the organizational savvy to drive change across a large, global institution. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, product management, or related fields, with a strong preference for those with a background in top-tier consulting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management disciplines and the product development life cycle, particularly within a global financial institution. Key qualifications include a proven track record in driving large-scale change programs, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and an enterprise mindset with the ability to navigate complexity. The role requires a leader with a bias for action, a strong sense of accountability, and a focus on delivering measurable results. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the candidate should be adept at resource and vendor management, as well as performance measurement.
