Investment Associate

Job Overview Assist investment directors throughout the investment process to support the LG Group’s growth strategy and portfolio management. Responsibilities Assist investment directors from sourcing deals to screening, due diligence, and writing memos for the investment committee. Synchronize investment strategy by regularly communicating with the Business Development team. Develop investment theses based on financial and strategic analysis. Actively network with top‑tier venture capitalists and corporate venture capital partners to source premium deals. Participate in due diligence activities. Work with external counsel on legal due diligence and documentation. Assist in the post‑investment management of portfolio companies. Project a positive image of the LG Group and foster synergistic relationships between the Group and the local venture ecosystem. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical, Material Science, or Computer Science. Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA strongly preferred. Minimum 4 years of substantive work experience, preferably from a major consulting firm, investment bank or venture capital firm. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently or as part of a team under tight timelines.
