Accounting Operations Representative

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Payroll Deduction Processing
- Assist with Mobile Deposit Capture processing
- Assist with Wire Processing
- Documentary Stamps balancing and submission
- Sales Tax balancing and submission
- Share Draft Processing and Adjustments
- Social Security and Medicare Verifications
- Balance and reconcile general ledgers
- Returned Mail Processing including Statements and Returned Debit Cards
- Returned Deposited Items
- Incoming and Outgoing mail processing
- Cross-train in other accounting functions.
- Process assigned monthly and daily reports
- Perform all other assigned duties, work processes, and responsibilities of the Accounting Department with efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Present and maintain a positive work behavior.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move from 10 pounds to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available to work fluctuating hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
