Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts including renewals, enrollments, and terminations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of plan documents and communications
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to resolve issues
- Work with vendors to address billing and claims-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, and product offerings
- Active Life and Health insurance license
- Experience in employee benefits account management
- Knowledge of group benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Retirement savings plan with employer contribution
