About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Americas GTM organization. This pivotal role is focused on driving the speed, focus, and effectiveness of the business, particularly in the context of the organization's transformation through automation and AI. The successful candidate will serve as the President's operating partner and execution integrator, responsible for converting priorities into action, strengthening the operating rhythm, and ensuring swift decision-making. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in leading strategic initiatives, representing the President, and working closely with the leadership team to position the organization for success in a rapidly evolving market. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a relevant role, with a strong background in business operations, consulting, sales leadership, or a comparable field within a complex organization. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise GTM operations and a proven track record of improving operational rigor, simplifying processes, and accelerating execution. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a senior executive in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company and be adept at leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to operate with ambiguity and a high level of emotional intelligence. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have a genuine interest in business evolution and a collaborative approach to driving the organization's success.
