Global HRIS Manager - Impact & Innovation
USO World Headquarters
The USO is seeking a Manager, HRIS to lead the procurement, implementation and ongoing maintenance of HRIS systems in an in-person Arlington, VA role. You will partner with Departments, Payroll/Finance and IT, supervise the HRIS team, drive system integrity, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while upholding nonprofit standards. The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, security, and a mission-driven culture where your work supports people who serve. #J-18808-Ljbffr USO
