We are looking for someone who can apply their proposal management skills on day one, with the aptitude to expand into pre‑RFP strategy and post‑RFP interviews. You'll provide leadership and support for pursuits, and learn how to take a client‑first approach to winning new work. What You’ll Do Coordinate, write, and may lead qualification packages, proposals and leave‑behind material for pursuits, including reviewing and editing content for clarity, compliance, and key messages. Provide support for the presentation phase of the pursuit. Assist with organization and message development for the presentation phase of pursuit. Organize and may facilitate pursuit strategy meetings. Support client‑service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings and participating in client‑service team meetings. May coordinate division public relations activities, including creating press releases, writing articles for division newsletter, and coordinating project awards and other special PR‑related projects. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field and 2years of relevant experience; or 6years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. What You’ll Bring Skilled with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, and other communications‑related software programs. Familiar with CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to organize and support message development for the proposal and presentation phases of pursuits. Experience researching and compiling data on clients, communities and/or markets and summarizing/applying pertinent information to support strategy development. Ability to outline RFP requirements and lead the development of the proposal document, using the proposal development process and messaging developed with the pursuit team. Strong document quality control and copy‑editing skills to ensure the document meets RFP requirements. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines using effective time‑management and prioritization skills. What We Prefer Experience in AEC marketing. Proposal management experience.
