Hiring: Automotive Sales Representative

• Pay: $75,000-100,000 USD annual salary based on production

• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Reports to: Service Manager

• Onsite in Urbandale, Iowa

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.

• Learn customer needs and recommend new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their goals.

• Explain vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available options.

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrations, and test drives.

• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in dealership systems.

• Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and other dealership teams to support a smooth vehicle purchase and delivery experience.

What You'll Bring

• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience.

• A customer-focused approach with an interest in helping people find the right vehicle.

• Comfort learning vehicle features, technology, products, and dealership processes.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
