What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care to an average of 25 patients daily
• Conduct routine exams and wellness visits
• Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC or similar EMR systems
• Educate families on health maintenance and prevention strategies
• Schedule to accommodate high no-show rates in a socioeconomically challenged community

What You Need

• Active California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Pediatrics
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC or comparable EMR platform
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am 5 pm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
