Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required License: Active RN License required; temporary licenses will not be accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification required; MICU & MSICU certification preferred Must-Have: Strong critical thinking skills Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience ACLS BLS NIH Stroke Certification Description: Providing high-quality care to patients. Recognizing the unique needs of each patient. Continuously improving processes to better serve the community. Promising to provide the highest quality of service and treatment. Deep-rooted traditions of patient-focused care and faith-based philosophies. Hiring staff that genuinely care for the well-being of others. Offering a broad range of specialties including cardiology, cancer care, emergency medicine, neurosciences, maternity care, gynecology, and orthopedics. Unit guidelines include badging in and out for shifts. Taking a full 30-minute lunch break is required. Punctuality is essential; clock-in times are important. Documentation system used is Meditech. Clean and healthy appearance is required, with no extreme styles or colors. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. No call requirements are established. Floating is required among units as necessary.
