Administrative Assistant
Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant. This is a 02 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID:25-89803 Pay Range: $29 - $29.83/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the division's executive team (Vice President and two General Managers), ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and support event logistics.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, manage office supplies, and support budget tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Create documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members and assist with planning D&I and team-building events.
- Handle special projects involving data compilation, summarization, and visualization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills: Administrative experience
- Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting executive-level leadership.
