Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders.

• Facilitate engaging synchronous live video sessions for individuals aged 13 and up, as well as couples, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with our team of psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and foster a supportive community of practitioners.
\n
• Regularly analyze automatically administered symptom self-assessments and clinical metrics to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust strategies as necessary.
\n
• Create and maintain thorough clinical documentation through our secure therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and protecting patients' health information.

• Participate in ongoing support and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your professional growth and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of adults and adolescents experiencing diverse emotional challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
