Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) to address client issues effectively.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, thereby increasing accessibility to our mental health services.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records that comply with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation of all therapeutic interactions and progress notes.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
