Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed for professionals who value work-life balance and the flexibility of remote work. You will benefit from collaborating with a supportive team while offering your services in a detox center environment. We operate within a schedule that runs Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, giving you the choice of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, all while promoting a healthy balance between personal and professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling services to clients facing various mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct thorough interviews to gather clients' social, personal, environmental, and health histories to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Assess and address clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, addressing immediate crisis situations and coordinating referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships that foster trust, respect, and acceptance.
\n
• Regularly evaluate and document the effectiveness of counseling services, ensuring accurate and timely client records.
\n
• Manage a caseload and maintain updated documentation that reflects service delivery and progress.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to collaborate with colleagues and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mood disorders, family dynamics, and other mental health issues. Clients often transition through crisis situations, and you will play a key role in guiding them through recovery by employing evidence-based practices and comprehensive treatment strategies that empower their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Four or more years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with individuals suffering from mental health and substance use issues.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling related to depression, mood disorders, grief, loss, family, and marital counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
