About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Controller to play a pivotal role in a confidential leadership transition. The successful candidate will have a clear path to the top finance seat and will be instrumental in the company's exponential growth. This role offers direct visibility and partnership with ownership on key strategic decisions, as well as the opportunity to build and own the financial structure, including forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. The CFO / Controller will be responsible for leading the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness, managing banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting, overseeing insurance, risk management, and compliance, and driving budgeting and forecasting to support executive decision-making. Applicants for the CFO / Controller position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of accounting and finance leadership experience, with a strong background in month-end close, financial reporting, and banking relationships. The role requires a candidate who is adept at managing financial operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to provide financial insights that support the company's expansion. A hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a casual, entrepreneurial, and non-corporate culture with high autonomy and impact are essential.
