What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care for critically ill and high-risk newborns in a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in high-quality, family-centered care planning and management
• Support neonatal transports alongside respiratory therapists and nurses
• Manage complex neonatal conditions confidently and independently
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (no FNP or PNP certifications accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU or neonatal experience
• Active Florida nursing license
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Experience with high-acuity neonatal care
• Knowledge of neonatal protocols and procedures
