We are looking for a relationship-builder who can seamlessly balance candidate experience and hiring manager expectations, all while juggling multiple open roles. What You'll Do: Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and welcoming new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to nail down exact role requirements and expectations. Provide a stellar candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline. Get creative on social media and hiring platforms to source diverse and qualified applicant pools. Keep the recruitment process organized, legally compliant, and aligned with company values. Use your bilingual skills daily to communicate effortlessly with candidates and team members. Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written communication. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
