Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Develop and mentor team members to foster a motivated and enthusiastic workforce
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams to deliver a delicious and seamless customer experience
- create weekly an in-depth schedule for the the Front of House

- High school diploma or equivalent; or 5 years of high capacity leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Passion for delivering excellent food and customer service
- Analytical
