If you share our passion for innovation and our commitment to making a difference in the world, we welcome you to join us.As the Systems Engineer you will play a critical role in the development, integration, and testing of this advanced system.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:•Support the weapon system integration in test labs leading up to a flight test event.• Execute the system level integration and testing to ensure the weapon system meets its performance, safety, and functional objectives.• Coordinate test lab activities for Navy efforts to drive excution.• Offer guidance to a Systems Engineering team, covering the entire Systems Engineering lifecycle processes, from architecture and requirements development to weapons system operations and integration.• Develop strong working relationships with the larger systems team, national team members, and customers to ensure successful product delivery• Utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to assist with the resolution of programmatic and technical issues across the program, identify risks and appropriate mitigation plans• Collaborate with government and customerrepresentatives to support critical daily space-based operations and distributed multi-element deliveries and activities.• Some travel may be required.Join us in shaping the future of strategic weapon systems and be part of a team committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation.Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
