Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, providing the flexibility to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as a critical liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient care providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-authorizations and utilization reviews that facilitate adequate care coverage for our clients.

• Participate actively in the development of discharge plans and aftercare strategies, reinforcing client transitions from the detox facility to their ongoing recovery.

• Provide therapeutic meal support during group sessions, encouraging a healthy relationship with food while modeling positive behaviors and emotional regulation.

• Deliver empathetic, affirming, and safe care tailored to clients' intersecting identities, ultimately promoting their well-being and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use as well as their families.
