Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations in virtual settings to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and target areas for development.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, adeptly addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate clients’ personal goals, ensuring that strategies align with their individual preferences and cultural backgrounds.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, demonstrating agility in response to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, and guiding them towards stabilization.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and coping strategies, making informed referrals to community resources to enhance their wellness journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
