Human Resources Generalist

Pay: $30.00 per hour Location: Agoura Hills, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00/9:00 AM - 4:30/5:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees throughout their employment journey. Work across multiple HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR support. Partner closely with HR leadership while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Respond to employee HR questions regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, and general HR processes. Maintain employee records and process personnel changes while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and payroll-related documentation. Support employee relations, training, HR projects, and other day-to-day Human Resources functions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on HR Help Desk support and onboarding. Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequently use a computer, keyboard, and telephone. Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout the office as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
