Coordinator, Payroll

Job Details Job Title: Coordinator, Payroll Reports To: Senior Manager, Accounting Place of Work: NYC HQ – 34-01 38th Ave #302 Long Island City, NY 11101 Other: Part Time - 3 days a week: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Salary: $24.04/hour Key Responsibilities Payroll Assistance Support the Operations team with weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll submissions for a diverse workforce, including performers and seasonal employees. Import payroll data into NetSuite software and reconcile discrepancies as needed. Proper coding is always expected. Work with various payroll platforms. Assist with payroll compliance. General Support Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support departmental goals. What you bring… Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or associate’s with relevant experience. 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing. Knowledge of U.S. labor laws. Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, and payroll data entry. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timelines.
