Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize multiple communication methods via our platform, including video sessions, audio messages, and online journaling, to effectively engage with clients and personalize their care.

• Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes in adherence to best practices and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals on the platform, sharing insights and support to enhance overall patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training and peer consultations, to stay updated on clinical best practices and telehealth innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for various mental health concerns. This focused client demographic allows you to harness your expertise effectively, providing treatment that empowers individuals without the complexities of severe mental health conditions or child counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid, unrestricted LPCC license, free from disciplinary actions, in the state of California.

• An ability to utilize telehealth technology, possessing a reliable internet connection along with a working computer or laptop, as tablets are not supported for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adult clients in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
