Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our outpatient facility in Clearwater, Florida, where you will work closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to accurately identify patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment strategies while educating patients and their families about procedures, progress, and discharge planning.
• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Document all assessments, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and elevate the standard of care in our clinic.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
