Role Description The Studio Manager at Warrior Martial Arts will oversee the daily operations of the studio and ensure a smooth and professional experience for members and staff. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dunellen, NJ. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating classes, supervising staff, enhancing customer relationships, handling sales processes, and ensuring the studio meets its operational and financial goals. The Studio Manager will also work on event planning, process improvement, and maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects the studio’s values. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients and members Team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work culture Experience in sales to drive membership growth and studio services Proven skills in project management to effectively handle schedules, events, and operational logistics Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic computer skills Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges Experience in a fitness, sports, or martial arts setting is a plus Relevant educational background or certifications in business management, or a related field, is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Warrior Martial Arts
